Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 3–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, except to countries considered high-risk for shipping.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $12 or free for orders over $100. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Information page for details.


Returns & Faulty Items

Do you accept returns if I change my mind or the item doesn’t fit?
No — we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or fit. Please check product descriptions and our size chart carefully before purchasing.

What if I receive a faulty item?
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. In the rare case you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it.


Products & Sizing

Are your items new or second-hand?
We specialise in pre-loved women’s fashion, but some items are new with tags (NWT). The condition is always listed in the product description.

How do you grade item condition?
We use clear grading: Condition details are included in each product listing.

Do you stock specific brands?
Yes! We curate a wide range of popular Australian labels including Cue, Portmans, Country Road, Witchery, Glassons, and more.

How do I know if something will fit me?
We provide a standard size chart on our website as a general guide. Some brands may vary slightly — if you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide exact measurements.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments only via Shopify’s secure checkout. PayPal is not accepted.

Is your website secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through Shopify with full SSL encryption for your protection.

Can I reserve an item?
Unfortunately, we can’t hold items. All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you restock items?
Most of our products are one-of-a-kind pre-loved pieces. Once sold, they’re gone — but we add new arrivals regularly. Check our New Arrivals often.
