Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Australia with tracking on every order. Most parcels are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping rates
- Australia: Flat rate $11.90 (AUD)
- International: Flat rate $25 (AUD)
Estimated delivery timeframes
- Within Australia: typically 2–8 business days after dispatch (regional/remote areas may take longer).
- International: typically 6–15 business days after dispatch (customs processing and remote areas can extend this).
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are outside our control once shipped.
Carriers & tracking
Parcels are sent via Australia Post or a comparable courier partner. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are supported within Australia.
Customs & duties (international)
International orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Any import duties, taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark items as gifts or understate values.
Packaging
We use secure, minimal or recycled materials where possible to reduce waste and protect your item.
Address changes
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you grant Authority to Leave at checkout, the parcel is considered delivered once left at the address. Please choose a secure location.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated within a reasonable time or your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.
Returns
We sell pre-loved items listed as-is with accurate photos. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty or misdescribed items are handled under Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Faulty Items Policy for details.
