We sell pre-loved items. Every piece is one-of-a-kind and listed as-is with clear photos and noted flaws. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or size/fit exchanges.

Your rights (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or misdescribed, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the problem is major or minor.

What counts as a “fault”

Eligible faults include (examples):

  • A major defect not disclosed (e.g., broken zipper, torn seam, non-functional hardware)

  • A material stain/tear not shown or mentioned

  • Item materially not as described (e.g., wrong size labelled, wrong brand)

Not faults (typical for second-hand goods and/or disclosed in the listing):

  • Light wear, gentle fading, pilling, minor pulls, or loose threads

  • Small marks or repairs already photographed or described

  • Colour variation due to lighting/screens

  • Measurement differences within ±2 cm

  • Packaging/box condition

No returns for

  • Change of mind / doesn’t suit / wrong size or fit

  • Items marked “Final Sale / As-Is” (unless faulty under ACL)

  • Hygiene items: earrings, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, beauty (unless faulty)

If your item is faulty

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery: [support@yourstore.com]
    Include your Order #, photos/video of the issue, and the swing tag/security seal still attached (if applicable).

  2. We’ll assess and, if approved, provide a prepaid return label (AU) or reimburse reasonable tracked return postage (international).

  3. Return the item in the same condition received. Once inspected, we will resolve per ACL:

    • Major failure: refund or replacement (if a suitable replacement exists)

    • Minor issue: repair, partial credit, or refund at our option

Original shipping is refundable only where required under the ACL.

Timeframes

  • Lodge your faulty-item claim within 7 days of delivery

  • Return must be shipped within 7 days of approval

  • Processing after we receive your parcel: 3–5 business days

How items are represented

  • We aim to show accurate, unfiltered photos from multiple angles and list all known faults.

  • Condition is graded and described to the best of our knowledge; please review photos and measurements before purchasing.
